Frequently Asked Questions

    • House of Ketubah Bridal is an intimate and eclectic bridal shop. We offer made to order (MTO) gowns and off the rack samples ready to leave with you on the same day.

    • Due to the nature of our business, some dresses may have small imperfections that can be repaired by an alterations specialist.

  • Cosigning your gown is safe and easy. Reselling your gown is eco-friendly and is a generous gesture for future brides. You will also recoup some of the money from your wedding.

    It is the most exciting moment for us when we can unite sustainable, eco-friendly gowns with happy brides!

    We accept the following for consigned items that are no more that 3 years old:

    • Wedding Gowns

    • Accessories

    • Veils

    We DO NOT Accept the following:

    • Gowns from Light in The Box

    • Gowns from JJ’s House

    • Some custom made gowns

    • No undergarments of any kind

    Consigned gowns, if samples or once worn, are priced at 40-70% off retail.

    New gowns, in great condition are priced at 25-35% off retail. Proof of purchase is recommended to help us accurately determine the sell price of your gown. If unavailable, we will research and determine the most accurate consignment price.

    Consignment periods last for 6 months. Consigned gowns will be marked down 10-15% after 90 days.

    • There is a $50 storage and cancellation fee for the early termination of a consignment contract.

    • Consigned items can not be sold on additional sites, etc. during the duration of your consignment agreement.

    • Unsold items should be picked up within 10 days of the end of your consignment agreement. Any items not picked up within 10 days of your contract ending will become the property of House of Ketubah Bridal.

  • Please make sure to arrive at your appointment on time. There is a 15 minute grace period, otherwise you will have to reschedule. Please call ahead if you are running late. We want to stay within our appointment times to ensure proper cleaning for everyones safety and to ensure we honor all appointment times.

  • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Dresses are ordered upon initial payment. We recommend that brides carefully consider their purchase before making a final decision.

  • Late fees for late pick-up. Brides must pick up their dresses on the agreed-upon date. A storage fee of $25 per day will be charged for each day the dress is not picked up.

    Late fees for late payment.If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of $25 will be charged for each day payment is late. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance.

  • We do not accept chargebacks. Any dispute regarding a payment made to us should be raised directly with our customer service team.
